News | 13-02-06 Farewell reception for the outgoing Ambassador of Serbia and Montenegro

On Monday, February 13, 2006, Archimandrite Zacchaeus, Representative of the Orthodox Church in America to the Moscow Patriarchate attended a farewell reception for the outgoing Ambassador of Serbia and Montenegro, His Excellency, Milan Rochen at the Serbian Embassy in Moscow. During the reception, Archimandrite Zacchaeus had the opportunity to speak with Ambassador Rochen and his wife and to thank them for their support of and cooperation with St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church during their tenure in Moscow.

Also in attendance at this reception were the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergei Lavrov, the Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies, and the Elimination of the Consequences of Natural Disasters Mr. Sergei Shoigo, various representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Ambassadors and representatives of various nations of the world.
