News | 30-07-06 Farewell to the Port Arthur “Feast of the Theotokos” Icon

On Sunday, July 30, 2006, the faithful clergy and laity of St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church bid farewell to the wonderworking Port Arthur “Feast of the Theotokos” Icon which graced and adorned the temple from July 1, 2006.

Throughout the time of the Holy Icon’s being at the parish thousands of the faithful visited the church and prayed before the wonderworking image where they received spiritual comfort from the Most Holy Lady Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary.
