News | 25-02-05 Feast of Saint Alexis of Moscow celebrated at Christ the Savior Cathedral

On Friday, February 25, 2005, Archimandrite Zacchaeus, Representative of the Orthodox Church in America had the privileged of concelebrating the Divine Liturgy with His Holiness, Patriarch ALEKSY of Moscow and All Russia for the Feast of Saint Alexis of Moscow, the Patriarch’s patron saint. Also concelebrating at this Patriarchal Divine Liturgy were over one hundred bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church and over two hundred priests.

Following the Divine Liturgy, Archimandrite Zacchaeus was able to offer the Patriarch congratulations on behalf of His Beatitude, Metropolitan HERMAN, Primate of the Orthodox Church in America.
