On Tuesday, March 24, 2009, Mr. Stefan Muscat, the First Secretary of the Embassy of Malta in Russia visited St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church – the Moscow Representation of the Orthodox Church in America.
The guest was given a tour of the temple by parish Dean, Archimandrite Zacchaeus who also explained various aspects of Orthodox architecture and its relationship to the worship of the Church to the First Secretary.
After the tour of the church, First Secretary Muscat met with Father Zacchaeus in the parish office where they continued their discussions over a cup of tea.
