On Thursday, February 15, 2007, the Feast of the Meeting of our Lord in the Temple, Archimandrite Zacchaeus, Representative of the Orthodox Church in America to the Moscow Patriarchate, by invitation of Bishop-Elect Sergei (Chashin) concelebrated the Divine Liturgy at Christ the Savior Cathedral with His Holiness, Patriarch ALEKSY II of Moscow and All Russia during which Archimandrite Sergei was consecrated to be Bishop of Usurisk and Vicar of the Diocese of Vladivostok.
