| 24-06-08 Hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church visit St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church
On Tuesday evening, June 24, 2008 , Their Eminences, Archbishops ALEKSANDR of Kostroma and Galich; and BARTHOLOMEW of Rovno and Ostrog; together with Bishop TIKHON of Archangelsk visited St. Catherine the great Martyr Church – the Moscow Representation of the Orthodox Church in America .
The hierarchs were given a tour of the temple and shown the ongoing restoration work on the frescoes there. Afterwards, during a Lenten dinner offered in their honor, the hierarchs had the possibility to speak with parish Dean, Archimandrite Zacchaeus on a wide range of topics including the importance of the present Hierarchical Council of the Russian Orthodox Church.
