| 21-10-06 Humanitarian Aid from “Warm the Children” once again distributed at St. Catherine Church
On Saturday, October 21, 2006, humanitarian aid, in the form of winter clothes, shoes, toothbrushes, sanitary items and also school supplies were distributed to the homeless and less fortunate of Moscow at St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church.
The process of distribution these items which were collected and sent to the church by “Warm the Children” Foundation based in New Jersey, USA, was coordinated by Mr. Namerud Negash, parish Humanitarian Aid and Social Outreach Coordinator. Also participating in the distribution were Archimandrite Zacchaeus, parish Dean, and Mr. Sergei Alikov, church warden.
